Step 1 - Call, fax or email us to see if your preferred dates are available (English or Japanese):

Step 2 - Download our Rental Terms and Conditions (PDF), fill in all sections (don't forget your signature or company hanko) and email or fax back the first page only once completed. Make sure you specify which options you want as per our camera rental page.
Step 3 - You will be sent an invoice via email to the address you specified in the Rental Terms and Conditions, unless you specifically request it to be mailed via the normal postal service.
Step 4 - Payment is to be made in full by the date specified on the invoice. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. This is NOT negotiable!
Step 5 - Once you have paid please email, phone or fax us to let us know so we can confirm payment and send you a receipt (via normal mail). As soon as we have verified your payment the rental dates will be locked in for you.
Step 6 - Email or send us the production schedule and location information and arrange for the first call time and place we need to be.
