Note 1: Please add 5% sales tax to all rates to calculate total cost.
Note 2: We are unable to provide our discount table rates for third party equipment rentals.
Note 3: Personnel rates are calculated by working day and not equipment rate discount days (the included DIT position IS discounted however, as it is part of the camera package).
Note 4: First time and overseas clients must pay up front and fill out our rental agreement prior to the shoot. Full instructions at the bottom of this page.
Note 5: Loyalty matters to us! Repeat customers are rewarded with healthy discounts on list prices :)

Due to our policy of providing a camera operator/DIT with all cameras, pick up of equipment will be on the day of the shoot and returned at the end of the last day of the shoot, unless otherwise arranged prior to the shoot itself. Any bookings taken under the prepaid rate will revert to the normal rate if not paid for in full prior to picking up the equipment.

You will need a backup hard drive (which we can supply if needed) to store your raw footage on. Our DIT will assist with transferring/backing up and verifying the footage each day (1 copy). We can also create an additional backup for security (in its original R3D format for maximum quality) which will be stored securely at our production office, giving you a distributed backup plan in case of any unforeseen disaster, as per the pricing structure below.

Visceral Psyche Films reserves the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary, however once you have booked, your price will be fixed and not subject to change.

Step 2 - Download our Rental Terms and Conditions (PDF), fill in all sections (don't forget your signature or company hanko) and email or fax back the first page only once completed.

Step 3 - Email or send us the production schedule and location information and arrange for the first call time and place we need to be.
