Our DVDs are burned, not pressed, due to low volume of sales and manufacturing costs. We use only quality Taiyo Yuden media (made in Japan and widely regarded as the best DVD blanks in the world) designed for data integrity and longevity. DVD-R is the default format unless you specify the DVD+R format with your order. All DVDs have a printed surface and are autographed using a CD marker pen to ensure that it does not damage the disc in any way. We use clear cases with a single sided case cover. All DVDs are shipped in padded envelopes for maximum protection.

All DVDs are PAL formatted which means you need a DVD player and television capable of PAL playback. All computers can play back PAL DVDs and most, if not all, plasma and LCD TVs can also play back in the PAL format. Please check your equipment before ordering as we do not refund due to PAL incompatibility.

We do not protect our DVDs with CSS, nor do we implement any user restrictions or unskippable ads etc. We believe that our audience will respect our efforts if we respect our audience. We encourage you to back up your DVD but please do not distribute it online. All DVDs are region free, allowing playback anywhere in the world.

If your disc is defective for any reason, return it to us and we will ship you a new one for just the cost of postage.
